摘要 采用AD公司的AD693数字信号调理芯片,设计了一款低阻压阻压力变送器,给出了详细的应用电路设计方案,并且进行了相应的静态测试。测试数据表明,该变送器在20℃~60℃范围内具有优良的静态性能,以及非常理想的时漂,稳定性优于0.1%。 A piezoresistive pressure transmitter with lower resistance was designed using AD693 chip, which has the function of digital signal conditioning. The design of application circuit was given in detail. And the corresponding static test was done. Experiment results show that transmitter has good performance in the temperature range of 20 ℃ - 60 ℃ , and has perfect time shift and stability better than 0.1%.
