摘要
以某型红外辐射测量吊舱的研制为背景,针对其可靠性进行了相应的理论分析与实际分配。首先根据该类设备的特点选择了按指数规律进行可靠性分配的分配理论,然后探讨了该型吊舱在设计过程中可靠性方面需遵循的原则,最后采用分配理论对该型吊舱进行了分系统划分与可靠性分配,得到了MTBF为303.3h的吊舱总体可靠性分配结果,远远大于系统所要求的200h参数。该方法可以在此类装备的可靠性研究中进行推广。
Taking a certain type of infrared radiation measuring pod development as the background, the reliability of the corresponding theory analysis and actural distribution. According to the characteristics of the equipment selection of exponentially reliability, at last the al- location theory of the pod were divided system division and reliability distribution, obtained by MTBF 303. h pod overall reliability allocation the results, far greater than the system with the required 200H parameters. The method can be in such equipment reliability research for pro- motion.
