摘要 为探索信息系统用户访问行为的统计学规律,本文基于人类行为动力学,计算个体用户行为数据的活跃度、幂指数、阵发性、记忆性指标,并分别从个体用户、群组用户和全体用户3个层次研究信息系统访问的间隔时间分布。研究结果表明,3个层次用户访问信息系统的间隔时间分布都有严重的胖尾特性,但是不能用单一分布进行描述,个体用户访问时间间隔服从幂律分布,群组用户访问服从指数截断的混合幂律分布,全体用户访问则服从指数和幂律的分段分布。 In order to explore the statistical rule of users’ access behavior in enterprise information system, human dynamics is employed to study the users’ access distribution of individual user, group users and all users in information system. The results show that interval time distribution of three levels users’ access to information systems have serious fat tail, but can’t be described by a single distribution. Individual users’ access interval time meets a power-law distribution, group users’ level follows a mixed power-law with exponent’ s truncation, and all users’ level can describe better by exponential distribution and power-law distribu-tion.
