A Literature Review of Time Banditry Behavior in Organizations

摘要 组织中普遍存在的时间侵占行为不仅会降低员工的工作效率,还会对组织及组织中的个体造成明显或潜在的不良影响。开展时间侵占行为研究,有助于提高组织的时间资源管理水平,对组织的长远发展有着重要意义。本文在文献研究的基础上,对时间侵占行为的概念、理论解释、结构与测量、影响因素和影响效应等方面的研究成果进行了梳理和总结,探讨了该领域研究存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Time banditry behavior generally existing in workplaces not only reduces work efficiency of employees, but also gives rise to obvious or potential harm to organizations and individuals. Time banditry research helps to improve time resource management, and has sig- nificant contributions to the long-term development of organizations. Based on a literature re- view,this paper sorts out the achievements of time banditry research through several as- pects: concept, theoretical explanation, structure & measurement, influencing factors and effects. It discusses the limitations of current research and future research directions.
