摘要
通过对家长式领导进行结构分解,运用有调节的中介效应分析法,分别剖析了中国家长式领导各个维度与80后员工越轨行为的作用机理,压力感在其中的中介作用以及组织支持感、组织幅度的调节作用,结果发现:家长式领导各维度与显性越轨都不相关;仁慈维度和德行维度与隐性越轨行为显著负相关,权威维度与隐性越轨行为显著正相关;压力感在德行维度和权威维度与隐性越轨之间起到完全中介作用,组织支持、组织管理幅度在两者之间起到显著地调节作用。
The paternalistic leadership is decomposed into 3 dimensions for a further analyzing the direct model, that benevolent leadership, moral leadership and authority leadership on the deviant behavior of the Me generation respectively, the mediating effect of stress perception and the moderate effect of POS and management range. The result shows that: none of the three dimensions has significant relationship with dominant deviant behavior, benevolent leadership and moral leadership has negative effect on implicit deviant behavior, authority leadership exerts a positive effect on it. Stress perception has totally a mediate influence on moral leadership, authority leadership and deviant behavior, POS and management range has obvious function of adjusting the relationship between the stress and deviant behavior of Me generation employees.
