摘要
目的:确定免疫磁珠富集鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的方法和条件。方法:通过对免疫磁珠添加量、免疫磁珠和菌液反应时间的研究,确定了最佳的免疫磁珠富集食源性鼠伤寒沙门氏菌条件和方法,并对免疫磁珠富集鼠伤寒沙门氏菌敏感性和特异性进行了验证实验。结果:免疫磁珠添加量为100μL、免疫磁珠与菌液反应30 min时,免疫磁珠对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的富集分离效果最佳,免疫磁珠在该条件下,对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌敏感性和特异性较好。结论:建立了最佳的免疫磁珠富集鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的方法和条件。
Objective: Determine the method and conditions of immunomagnetic beads enrichment of Salmonella typhimurium. Method: Through the research of adding amount of immunomagnetic beads, immunomagnetic beads and bacteria liquid reaction time, determine the best immunomagnetic beads enrichment of foodborne Salmonella typhimurium conditions and method, At the same time the immunomagnetic beads enrichment of Salmonella typhimurium sensitivity and specificity were verified experimentally. Result: Immunomagnetic beads added 100 IJL, immunomagnetic beads and the bacteria liquid reaction 30 min, immunomagnetic beads on Salmonella typhimurium enrichment and separation effect is the best, in these conditions, immunomagnetic beads and Salmonella typhimurium, have better sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion: A method and the optimum conditions of the immunomagnetic beads enrichment of Salmonella typhimurium were established.
