摘要
岗前培训是医院以新员工为对象的一种集中教育模式,是医院人力资源管理的重要工作,是加强人才队伍建设不可或缺的环节和重要途径。本文对某三级合格医院2010~2014年五年来岗前培训相关内容进行了阐述、分析和总结,致力于完善和改进医院岗前培训体系,为今后工作开展提出建议和思考,并使之收到良好的效果。
Pre-job training is the kind of concentrative education which new staffs get training from hospital. It’s very important for the human resources department of hospital and the necessary step and way of personnel development. This article is focus on one Class A tertiary comprehensive hospital. Analyzing and summarizing the pre-job training is to improve the system of pre- job training in hospital.
