企业管理的核心是人的管理。抓好培训是新入职人员融入企业关键的第一步。结合工作实际,总结了完善培训方案的做法与经验。
The essence of corporate management is the management of people. New employee orientation and training （OT） is the critical first step for college graduates to integrate themselves into the enterprise. Combined with the work practice, it summarizes the methods and experiences to improve the training program.
