摘要
对车钩轭成形工艺进行了分析,通过建立的有限元三维模型对其成形过程进行了数值模拟,获得了每道次辊锻件尺寸、温度场、应力应变场、载荷等。并分析辊锻不稳定、打滑、飞边大且不均匀、辊锻件长度难以控制等问题的原因,并结合数值模拟结果提出了相应的解决办法。
The coupler yoke forming process was analyzed. Its forming process was numerically simulated by a three-dimensional finite element model. Every pass roll forging size, temperature field, stress and strain fields and loads etc were obtained. The reasons for roll forging instability, slipping, large and uneven burrs, and difficulty to control the length of the roll forging were analyzed. And combined with the results of numerical simulation,the corresponding solutions were prop osed.
