摘要 汽车前轴机加工过程中,主销孔粗糙度及孔径精度、主销孔轴线与上下端面垂直度、主销孔与锁销孔的中心距这三个技术要求对于保证产品质量,提高产品的性能具有重要意义。文中重点分析了与主销孔关联的关键尺寸,提出了的工艺方案。针对该工艺中钻相贯孔易出现偏移的现象,提出钻—铣—钻—铰的解决方案。取得了明显的效果。 Front shaft is one of key parts in truck. In the machining process of front shaft, it's hard to solve the following problems: roughness and diameter precision of main pin hole perpendiwlarity between axis of main pin hole and its face, center distance between holes of main pin and wedge-shape pin. Author fully analyzed key dimensions relatedto the main pin hole, and correlation and mutual dimension chain between both the holes main pin and wedgeshaped pin. In new machining plann, main pin hole is machined firstly and wedge-shaped pin hole is machined afterward with the main pin hole as datum hole. A method, of drilling-milling-drilling-reaming was used to solve the excur- sion during drilling.
