摘要
建立了控制臂外片拉深成形的有限元三维模型,通过改变拉深成形的关键参数,对其拉深过程进行了数值模拟分析,并研究了影响控制臂外片拉深失效的主要因素。结合有限元分析结果,在生产现场进行整改,基本上消除了控制臂外片在拉深过程中的开裂现象。
The 3D finite element analysis model was established for the drawing and forming processes of the foreign part in controlling arm.The drawing process of foreign part in controlling arm was simulated and analyzed by changing the key parameters,and the primary failure factor in the drawing process were researched.Under the guidance of the finite element analyzed results,the cracking phenomenon during drawing process could be eliminated by optimizing the process parameter.
