摘要
通过实验探索研究TC4的化学镀NTB复合镀层,浸蚀液配比、浸锌时间、预镀液PH值的前处理化学镀工艺,结果表明:预镀液的PH影响NTB镀层的微观显微形貌和微动损伤性能,递减PH值碱性预镀液获得高硬度的NTB复合涂层,抗微动性能最好,取得了钛合金(难镀基材)表面化学镀NTB复合涂层的前处理新工艺。
Experiment research on composite deposit NTB electroless plating on TC4 titanium alloy with the pretreatment : Zinc dipping technology, Zinc dipping time, preplating bath formula PH. The result shows that the coating surface morphology and fretting damage resistance are affected by preplating bath formula PH. Composite deposit NTB gained high hardness by the descending alkalescence preplating bath formula PH which has outstanding fretting damage resistance.
