热处理温度对化学沉积Ni-Cu-P涂层腐蚀冲蚀性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect on erosion resistance of Ni-Cu-P coating after heat treatment at different temperatures

摘要 通过对化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金镀层进行热处理,对镀态和热处理态进行电化学腐蚀试验和冲蚀试验,结合XRD、SEM、XRF等手段分析了镀层的结构、表面形貌及组成。结果表明:化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金镀层热处理后析出Ni3P相和Ni-Cu固溶体,热处理态的耐蚀耐冲蚀性能优于镀态,并且在热处理保温1 h后耐蚀耐冲蚀性能最佳。 Ni-Cu-P coating on Q235 steel was prepared by electroless plating.The effects of heat treatment on microstructure,phase,and erosion and corrosion resistance of the coating were examined by means of SEM,XRD,electrochemical corrosion test and erosion test.The results show that Ni3 P phase precipitates and Ni-Cu solid solution forms in the Ni-Cu-P coating after heat treatment.The corrosion and erosion resistance of the coating after heat treatment is superior to that of the as-plated one,and the optimum process is obtained based on experiment,which is heat-treated at 300 ℃ for 1 h.
