不同铊盐含量Ni-Tl-B镀层的抗微动损伤性能

Fretting damage resistance of Ni-Tl-B coating prepared in plating solution of different thallium salt contents

摘要 以45钢为基体,用硝酸铅做稳定剂制备常规Ni-B镀层和用铊盐做稳定剂制备Ni-Tl-B镀层。用扫描电镜观察镀层形貌,在微动试验机上进行微动摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,镀液中铊盐含量影响镀层的微观显微形貌和抗微动损伤性能;铊盐做稳定剂的Ni-Tl-B镀层具有优异的抗微动损伤性能;铊盐含量为2 mg/L时Ni-Tl-B镀层的抗微动损伤性能最佳。 Both of common Ni-B coating with lead nitrate as stabilizer and Ni-Tl-B coating with thallium salt as stabilizer was prepared based on steel 45 substrates.Surface morphology was observed with scanning electron microscope,and the fretting damage resistance was tested on fretting wear tester.The result shows that the coating surface morphology and fretting damage resistance are affected by the contents of thallium salt in the plating solution,Ni-Tl-B coating has outstanding fretting damage resistance,and optimal content of thallium salt in solution is 2 mg/L.
