摘要
以高速钢为基体材料,研究了Ni-B复合镀层制备工艺,利用扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射等手段,分析了Ni-B镀层的结构,观察了镀层表面形貌。经过不同温度的热处理,利用微动摩擦磨损试验机评价了化学镀层的耐磨性能。实验结果表明:该工艺得到的Ni-B复合镀层表面光亮、镀层均匀、为晶态结构,镀层结合力良好。经过试验可知,300℃热处理的镀层显微硬度最高,400℃热处理的镀层耐磨性能最好。
Taking high speed steel as base material, the preparation technology of Ni-B composite electroless plating was researched. The structure of Ni-B electroless plating was analyzed and the surface morphology of Ni-B electroless plating was observed by mean of the scanning electron microscopy, energy spectrum analysis and X-ray diffraction. The wear resistance of the electroless plating was evaluated by using fretting wear tester after heat treatment under different temperatures. It was found that the Ni-B composite electroless plating obtained through this process had bright surface,uniform coating, crystalline structure, good adhesion these characteristics, and the microhardness of the coating was the highest under 300 degrees heat treatment, the wear resistance was the best under 400 degrees heat treatment.
