摘要
对化学镍磷镀层在微动磨损过程中的应力强度和分布作了详细分析,并进一步用位错理论对微动磨损破坏进行了讨论.根据理论分析结果,解释了镍磷镀层的耐磨性,提出了对镀层厚度的合理要求.
The stresses intensity and distribution of Ni-P coating have beenanalysed during the fretting wear. Also the damage due to the fretting wear isfurther discussed based on the principle of dislocation. The wear-resistant behavior of Ni-P coating is explained and the demand for the reasonable depth of thecoating is presented upon the results of theoretical analysis.
