摘要
目的探讨红花黄色素(SY)与双亚酸单用和不同比例联用对大鼠动、静脉血栓形成的影响。方法采用Fe Cl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成模型和结扎法致下腔静脉血栓形成模型,考察SY与双亚酸单用与联用的抗血栓作用。结果各给药组均可延长Fe Cl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓的形成时间,减轻动脉血栓的重量,显著减轻结扎法致下腔静脉血栓的重量。其中,联用低、中、高剂量组的作用优于SY组,联用低、高剂量组的作用优于双亚酸组。结论 SY、双亚酸及二者联用均具有抗大鼠动、静脉血栓形成的作用,其联用后的作用优于其单用的。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of safflor yellow (SY) combined with double the acid with the different ratio on artery and vein thrombus formation in rats. METHODS The antithrombotic effects of SY combined with double the acid and was observed by model building including FeCl3 induced rat carotid artery thrombosis model and ligation method caused by inferior vena cava thrombus formation model. RESULTS The treated groups were extended FeC13 induced rat carotid artery thrombosis time, reduced the weight of arterial thrombosis, significantly reduced the weight of inferior vena cava thrombus. The effects of combined groups were better than SY group. The effects of combined low and high dose groups were better than double the acid group. CONCLUSION SY, double the acid and combined groups all have antithrombotic effects of arteries and veins, and the effects of combined are stronger than their role alone.
