摘要
目的:观察复方苦参注射液对类风湿性关节炎大鼠IL-1β、TNF-α的影响,探讨该药的作用机制。方法:建立Ⅱ型胶原蛋白诱导的大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型(CIA),观察复方苦参注射液对CIA大鼠足肿胀的抑制作用,检测血清IL-1β和TNF-α的水平。结果:复方苦参注射液可以抑制大鼠的足肿胀,并可显著降低IL-1β、TNF-α水平(P<0.05);复方苦参注射液对IL-1β的抑制作用优于正清风痛宁对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液可以降低炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α的水平,对RA起到治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effects of compound sophora injection on serum IL-1β and TNF-α in rats with rheumatoid arthritis,and discuss its mechanism.Methods:Experimental model was induced by type II collagen,the inhibitory effect of injection on rats' paw edema was observed,and serum IL-1β and TNF-α level were determined.Results:Compound sophora injection could inhibit rats' paw edema obviously,and lowered serum IL-1β and TNF-α level of rheumatoid arthritis rats.Conclusion:Compound sophora injection could lower serum IL-1β and TNF-α level which maybe one of the mechanism that compound sophora injection effectively treated rheumatoid arthritis.
