摘要
[目的]了解护理本科生社会支持和职业决策自我效能感的现状,探讨两者之间的相关性,为护理本科生的就业指导和护理教育提供参考依据。[方法]运用社会支持量表和职业决策自我效能感量表,采取方便抽样的方法对武汉市某护理院校的166名在校护理本科生进行社会支持和职业决策自我效能感的调查。[结果]护理本科生的社会支持得分为38.01分±6.22分,职业决策自我效能感得分为130.14分±23.63分,其社会支持和职业决策自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.375,P<0.01)。[结论]护理本科生的社会支持水平和职业决策自我效能感均处于中等偏上水平,社会支持和职业决策自我效能感呈正相关,可以通过优化社会支持系统的方式来提高护理本科生职业决策自我效能感,以期做出科学合理的决策,促进护理人才队伍的稳定和发展。
Objective：To know about the status quo of social support and career decision making self efficacy of undergraduate nursing students and probe into the correlation between them,so as to provide the references for employment guidance and nursing education for nursing college students.Methods：This study used Social Support Scale and career decision making self efficacy scale were used and convenience sampling was select-ed,a total of 1 66 undergraduate nursing students from a nursing school in Wuhan were selected and investigated on social support and career decision making self efficacy.Results：The score of social support of undergradu-ate nursing students was 38.01±6.22,the score of career decision making self efficacy of undergraduate nurs-ing students was 130.14±23.63.The social support was positive correlated with career decision making self efficacy of undergraduate nursing students （r=0.375,P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The social support level and career decision making self efficacy of undergraduate nursing students were in the middle level or above level.The so-cial support was positive correlated with career decision making self efficacy of undergraduate nursing students.The social support career decision making self efficacy level of undergraduate nursing students can be improved by optimizing social support system,in order to make scientific and rational decision and promote the stability and development of nursing personnel.
