摘要
通过对近几年护理专业本科生毕业就业工作的回顾,总结出领导重视、完善相关制度和措施、抓工作特色、发挥教师参与学生就业工作等经验,发现了信息渠道的网络畅通有待加强、就业渠道有待进一步拓展、毕业生就业指导工作的针对性有待加强等存在问题,提出了建立健全学生就业能力状况信息库和用人单位信息库、加强学生毕业实习期间的就业指导工作、制订完善相关的就业工作制度和措施、加强对就业工作人员的工作指导、培养专家型就业工作教师等计划和建议。
By reviewing on employment of undergraduates in nursing major in recent years, it sums up some experiences on leader＇ s emphasis, perfecting relative systems and measures, working features and teachers participating in students＇ employment, finds out that we should strengthen the smooth network information channel, broaden employment channels and improve guiding points on undergraduates＇employment, and put forwards some plans and suggestions on setting up and perfecting students＇ employment information database, reinforcing employment guideline to students in practice, making out perfect concerned employment rules and measures, improving employment staff＇s direction and training expert--type employment work teachers.
