摘要
构建中国特色高等教育话语体系,既是建设高等教育强国的重要内容和关键表征,也具有时代紧迫性。新时期,构建中国高等教育话语体系必须突出本土国情与中国特色,关键是要对教育理念进行守正创新,做好两方面的转变,即从不自觉到自觉,要实现理论立场的转变;从不自信到自信,要实现文化立场的转变。
Forming the higher education discourse system with Chinese characteristics is an important component of a powerful country in higher education and a crucial representation for one such country.Meanwhile, it is the call of age and time-pressing. In order to establish the discourse system successfully, we should highlight our national conditions and Chinese characteristics, and the key point is to stick to traditional educational philosophy and to make innovations in the new development period. At the same time, we should realize the two transformaitons, that is, transform non consciousness into comsciousness to realize the change of theoretical stand; transform non confidence into confidence to realize the change of cultural stand.
