摘要
目的探究氨氯地平的药理作用以及临床应用措施。方法对氨氯地平进行药理分析,并观察其在临床上的应用效果以及使用后存在的不良反应及采取相应的干预措施。结果氨氯地平对心绞痛和高血压有较好的治疗效果,不良反应少。结论氨氯地平起效慢,且作用的持续时间较长,药物使用方便,副作用较少,使用后能得到显著的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical application measures of amlodipine pharmacological. Methods Analysis the amlodipine pharmacological impact and observated clinical efifcacy, untoward effects and intervention measures. Results Amlodipine had good effect of angina and hypertension, and it had few side effects. Conclusion Amlodipine has long duration of action and it is quite easy to use with few side effects, patients’ treatment can achieve efifcacy.
