摘要
目的加强住院药房管理,加强员工的服务态度、服务意识和专业素质,提升药学服务质量。方法采用调动员工的工作积极性、加强技能培训、普及计算机软件控制、加强监督管理和强化岗位职能五个措施来实现提升药学服务质量的目的。结果试行后员工的态度、意识、专业素质和总体服务质量都得到了提升,证实五种策略的应用是可行的,也是必要的。结论新时期的住院药房管理是一项系统工程,要推进服务质量,就必须要加强管理,提升药学服务质量,并以此来推动医院的可持续发展。
Objective to strengthen the hospital pharmacy management,strengthen the staff's service attitude,service conscious- ness and the professional quality,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods to mobilize staff's work enthusiasm,to strengthen the skills training,popularization of computer software control,strengthen supervision and management and strengthen the functions of the post five measures to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Results after the implementation of employee attitudes,awareness,professional quality and the overall quality of service has improved,proves that the five strategies is feasible,also is necessary. Conclusion under the background of new medical reform of hospital pharmacy management is project of a sys- tem,to implement the new medical reform spirit,it is necessary to strengthen management,improve pharmacy service quality,and to promote the sustainable development of hospital.
