摘要
探究分析药房创新管理与药学服务质量的相关性。选取我院在2019年3月—2020年3月接受治疗的用药患者88例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例,观察组采用强化的创新药房管理方式,对照组采用常规药房管理方式进行处理,6个月后与干预前对比分析两组药房管理方式的差错率。通过对两组数据分析比较,88例用药患者使用不同的药房管理方式后,观察组患者的服务满意度97.73%,与对照组的服务满意度81.81%相比明显较高,组间数据差异显著(χ^(2)=6.064,P=0.013),存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。强化创新药房的管理方式有效地决定了药学的服务质量,提高了药房管理的效果,所以,加强了医院的药房管就会提升药学服务质量,值得推广运用。
To explore and analyze the correlation between pharmacy innovation management and pharmaceutical service quality.88 cases of medication patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with strengthened innovative pharmacy management,while the control group was treated with conventional pharmacy management.The error rate of pharmacy management in the two groups was compared and analyzed after 6 months and before intervention.Through the analysis and comparison of the two groups of data,88 patients with different pharmacy management methods,the service satisfaction of the observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.81%).The difference between the two groups was significant(χ^(2)=6.064,P=0.013),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Strengthening and innovating the management mode of pharmacy effectively determines the quality of pharmaceutical service and improves the effect of pharmacy management.Therefore,strengthening the management of hospital pharmacy will improve the quality of pharmaceutical service,which is worthy of promotion and application.
