摘要
目的研究联合应用苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法随机选取了本院2013年1月—2016年1月收治的高血压患者70例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组(36例)和对照组(34例)。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在服用苯磺酸氨氯地平基础上加服用缬沙坦。结果观察组与对照组相比,降压效果好,总有效率高,差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 70 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the research object, and divided into observation group （36 cases） and control group （34 cases） according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate, and the observation group received valsartan on the basis of amlodipine besylate. Results After treatment, the antihypertensive effect andtotal effective rate in the study, group were higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈005）. Conclusion Conclusion amlodipine besylate combined with valsartan is effective in the treatment of hypertension.
