摘要
组织中的求助行为对组织的整体绩效及长远发展具有重要意义。本文以主管权力距离为出发点来探讨其对员工求助行为的影响,并基于领导者信任模型提出了主管信任在其间所起的中介作用。研究者收集了12家高新技术企业的73位主管及其311位下属的问卷数据,运用多层线性模型对相关信息进行分析。结果表明,主管权力距离会对员工求助行为产生显著的负向影响;主管信任在主管权力距离和员工求助行为之间起显著的中介作用。
Employee help-seeking is beneficial to organizational performance and long- term development. We explore the effect of supervisor' s power distance on employee help-seeking and its mechanism by way of hierarchal linear model based on 311 samples from 12 high-teeh fm'ns. It is indicated that supervisor' s power distance has a significantly negative impact on employee help-seeking. And trust in supervisor mediates the relationship between supervisor' s power distance and employee help-seeking significantly.
