摘要
本文系统回顾了国内外关于信任的相关理论和文献,构建了领导者个性与下属对其信任影响机理的概念模型,通过对137对样本的实证分析结果显示:外向性和神经质对领导者信任存在反向作用关系,尽责性存在正向作用,宜人性作用关系不显著,经验开放性对情感信任存在反向作用;领导者的OCB在外向性、尽责性与信任关系中起到了完全中介作用。
After overviewing the relevant theories and literatures,the study construct concept model about the impact mechanism of leader big five personality on upward trust.Based on the empirical analysis of 137 pairs of samples,the following findings are achieved: Extraversion and Neuroticism have negative influence on upward trust,Agreeableness 's impact is insignificant,Conscientiousness has positive influence and Openness to experience 's negative impact on affect-based trust.The mediating effect of the superior 's OCB including its degree are also examined.
