摘要
从服务阵地来划分,综合咨询服务可分为到馆服务和远程服务,主要服务形式包括到馆咨询、电话咨询、网上咨询和邮件咨询等。综合咨询服务的内容主要是对入馆须知、检索辅导、方位指引、数字资源使用、参考咨询等指向性或指导性咨询的解答。对于综合咨询服务,图书馆应做好宣传与推广工作,制定相应的规范并进行评估,对于服务情况进行监督并积极响应读者反馈。
The comprehensive consulting service can be divided into face-to-face service and remote service according to the service position. The service form mainly includes face-to-face consulting, telephone consulting, online consulting and email consulting. The contents mainly involve the orientation and guidance, such as guidelines, search guidance, direction guidance, use guidance of digital resources and information reference service. The library should pay more attention on promotion of comprehensive consulting service,set corresponding norms and evaluate, supervise the service and actively respond to the reader's feedback.
