摘要
图书馆评估是图书馆管理中的一项重要内容,评估的结果会直接影响图书馆未来的发展方向。通过评估,图书馆可以了解现有的优势与不足,以便在今后发展过程中逐步改进,更好地为读者服务。从2007年国外图书馆评估方法应用与进展的情况看,应用的成就大于进展。所以,图书馆评估既要包括对服务、应用技术、战略计划管理的评估,还要注重对用户和数字图书馆框架的评估。
Library evaluation plays an important role in the library management, and the evaluation results will have an impact on the development of the library in the future. Consequently, the library can know about its advantages and shortages, improve itself gradually, and provide better service for users. From the perspective of the application and development of the library evaluation methods abroad in 2007, the research of the application is the majority, and the progress of the development is less than it. Therefore, the library evaluation should not only focus on evaluating the service, technologies and the management, but also pay attention to the evaluation of users and the digital library framework.
