摘要
文章简述全媒体环境高校图书馆读者服务工作发生的变化,指出高校图书馆读者服务工作存在的问题,提出高校图书馆馆员应加强网上互动交流平台建设,开展图书馆"微"服务,着力打磨读者服务的精细度,提升馆员的专业素养和职业道德等策略。
This paper briefly introduces the changes of reader service in university library under the all media environment. This paper points out the problems existing in the reader service of university library. It is suggested that university librarians should strengthen the construction of online interactive communication platform, carry out the"micro" service of library, strive to polish the fineness of reader service, and improve the professional quality and professional ethics of librarians.
