摘要
公共图书馆作为开展社会教育的重要文化设施,在青年读者教育及服务方面承担着不可或缺的责任。通过对我国青年读者阅读现状及特点进行总结分析,指出新形势下公共图书馆在服务青年读者时存在的困境,提出突出思维引导、加强活动组织、优化管理细则、紧扣实事大局的工作目标,并对未来公共图书馆青年读者服务工作优化策略进行探讨。
As an important cultural facility for social education,public libraries assume an indispensable responsibility in the aspects of education and service for young readers.By summarizing and analyzing the current reading situation and characteristics of domestic young readers,this article points out the difficulties public libraries faced when serving young readers under the new situation,and puts forward the work target of putting emphasis on thinking guidance,strengthening activity organization,optimizing management rules,and keeping a close eye on the overall situation.Finally,it discusses the optimizing strategies of public library service for young readers in the future.
