摘要 某典型薄壁异形铸件采用ZL101A合金生产,基于支架铸件结构形状与铸造工艺难点,试验设计了熔模+低压铸造复合凝固成形工艺。结果表明,通过在铸件蜡模薄壁区域增设加强筋与排气条、调整型壳焙烧阶梯升温工艺参数、优化低压充型及T6固溶淬火热处理参数,结合淬火校正工装与机加工校准设计,有效解决了薄壁异形支架铸件的浇不足、缩松等冶金缺陷,研制出了合格的铸件。 A typical thin-walled complex component was produced with ZL101A casting alloy. Based on the structure shape and casting difficulties analysis of the bracket casting, composite solidification process of investment shell mold combined with low-pressure casting was designed. The results reveal that by adding reinforcing rib and exhausting slot within wax pattern, adjusting step heating process pa- rameters of investment shell mold, optimizing the technological parameters of low-pressure casting and the T6 heat-treatment, combining with the design of quenching deformation revise and manufacturing benchmark, misrun and shrinkage porosities defects in the bracket casting could be eliminated success- fully, obtaining the qualified bracket.
