摘要 以轿车换挡器薄壁支架为研究对象,分析了出模温度对薄壁铸件变形的影响。通过有限元软件ABAQUS模拟软件仿真了支架在400、350和300℃三种不同出模温度下自然冷却的过程,分析了支架在这三种不同出模温度下应力分布及变形情况。通过分析可知,三种出模温度下应力主要集中在支架4条支撑腿和筋板处,而且变形量较大位置主要在支架四条支撑腿。随着出模温度降低,支架4条支撑腿位置应力峰值在降低,变形量不断减小。因此,合适出模温度对于减少薄壁铸件的变形是有益的。 Taking car shift support as research object, the influence of the temperature out of mold on the deformation of thin wall castings was analyzed. Through the ABAQUS software, the stress distribution and the casting deformation were analyzed under different temperatures out of mold. The results show that, under three temperatures out of the mold, the stress is mainly concentrated in four support legs and stiffened plate, and the position with larger deformation is mainly in four legs of the support. As the mold temperature reducing, the peak stress sustained four leg position is reducing, and the deformation continuously reduces. So it shows that choosing fight temperature out of mold is helpful to reduce the deformation of the casting.
