摘要
分析了某航空发动机用铝合金壳体铸件在加工后,荧光检测发现的线性缺陷。结果表明,这种加工后出现的线性缺陷并非裂纹,而是卷入铸件的微小氧化夹杂物受外力作用后在叶片表面的显现。同时,还分析了这种氧化夹杂物的形成原因,并提出了预防措施。
The linear defect in an aluminium alloy aero-engine shell casting was analyzied. It is indicated that the linear defect appeared after machining is not crack, it is the appearance of minute-size oxide inclusions involved in casting under the effect of external force. At the same time, the formation reason for oxide inclusion and the precautionary measures were discussed in this paper.
