摘要
以低压铸造汽车轮毂为研究对象,对铸造充型过程数值模拟算法进行了研究改进。包括采用自适应压力迭代法提高了SOLA算法的迭代收敛速度;在计算中运用动态迭代搜索域减少了冗余的程序开销,提高了计算效率;采用精确算法与简化算法相结合的方法,在保证轮毂关键部位模拟精度的同时缩短了计算时间。
A study of optimization is made to the mold filling simulation on low pressure die casting for automobile wheel casting. A method named API short for Adaptive Pressure Iteration is adopted to accelerate the convergence of SOLA algorithm. A scheme of algorithm using dynamic search area for iteration is proposed to reduce redundant program expense and improve computing efficiency. A combination of accurate model and simplified model of filling simulation effectively speeds up the computing process under the condition of guaranteeing the simulating precision at key parts of wheel.
