基于铸件凝固模拟技术中的铸造CAE技术是一项实用性的工程技术。虽然作为一项高科技技术 ,它深深地倚赖于数值模拟的算法核心 ,但是 ,作为一项实用的工程工具 ,作为CAE软件 ,它应该包含一系列有效的使用功能 ,应该具有友好的用户界面。为取得最佳的使用效果 ,向用户提供一个方便的交互环境和一个可视化的操作环境也是非常重要的。而所有这一切 ,都需要持久地坚持对编程算法的研究和商品化开发的投入 。
The cast CAE technology based on solidification simulation of casting is a practical engineering technology. As a high science technology, it deeply depends on the arithmetic kernel of numerical simulation, but as a practical engineering tool, the CAE software must have a series of usable functions and also friend user interfaces. For efficient engineering applications, both the convenient interaction environment and the visual operation environment are very important. All of these characters of the software need a persistent effort of programming research and commercial developing. Pure science research and its results on solidification simulation can't bring practical results immediately.
