摘要
通过现场测温实验和逆运算,给出了铸钢与水玻璃砂之间的界面换热系数。结果表明,采用View Cast软件的直接计算方法,可避免求逆运算过程中的叠代误差。利用其结果,对实际铸件生产过程进行模拟,取得了较好的实际效果。
The interface heat transfer coefficient between steel casting and sodium silicate sand was given by scene measuring temperature experiments and inverse operation. The results show that the iterative error in inversion process can be avoided by using the direct calculation method of ViewCast software. Using the test parameters, the actual casting production process was simulated, and the good actual effect was obtained.
