摘要
工学结合是高职教育的发展方向,是高职教育人才培养的共同经验和必由之路,黑龙江旅游职业技术学院酒店管理专业作为国家重点建设专业,对如何开展工学结合培养专业人才进行了丰富而深入的理论研究和实践探索。本文从工学结合的内涵和特征分析入手,对工学结合的人才培养模式和取得的效果进行详尽的分析。
Work-integrated learning is the developing direction of higher vocational education, the common experience and the only road of high vocational talents training. As the national key construction major, the hotel management major of Heilongjiang College of Tourism has done a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration on work-integrated learning talents training mode. With the connotation and character as the starting point, detailed analyses are done on the work-integrated learning talents training mode and the achievements.
