摘要
近几年,高职酒店管理专业由于其热门化、实践性强等因素,采用工学结合的人才培养模式越来越受到普遍认可。鞍山师范学院高职院酒店管理专业采用了工学结合的人才培养模式。通过该模式,加强了校企双方师资的队伍建设和校内实训室建设,开发了系列实用性教材,提高了学生的就业率。
In recent years, due to the popularity and strong practice of hotel management major of higher vocational college, talents＇ training mode with work-study combination is getting more and more universal recognition. Hotel management major in School of advanced vocational technology, anshan normal university adopts talents＇ training mode with work-study combination. Through this mode it can strengthen the construction of teaching staff between colleges and enterprises, as well as the construction of practical training inside colleges. It develops serial practical teaching materials and increases students＇ employment rate.
