摘要
职业教育质量的提升,牵涉方方面面,高职院校必须依托校企合作,才会培养出宽基础、重实践、高技能的职业实用人才。鞍山师范学院高等职业技术学院外语系充分挖掘个人社会资源,与中小企业结盟,校企定期交流,促进教学、文化、合作模式三融合,建立起多元化、多层次、长效性的校企合作模式,提高了教学质量,毕业生受到社会的认可。
The promotion of vocational educational quality involves various aspects. Higher vocational college should rely on college-enterprise cooperation to cultivate vocational practical talents with wide bases, strong practice and high skills. Foreign Languages Department, School of Advanced Vocational Technology, Anshan Normal University, makes full use of personal social resources with the combination with small and medium-sized enterprises. Colleges and enterprises communicate with each other regularly to promote the combination of teaching, culture and cooperation mode. It can establish diversified, multileveled and long-term college-enterprise cooperation mode to increase teaching quality and graduates get social approval.
