摘要
目的从中医"天人相应"动态生命观的角度揭示胃的生理功能特点及其调节机制。方法观察中医五季(春、夏、长夏、秋、冬)变化下,对照组和松果腺摘除模型组大鼠胃黏膜IL-2、IL-10、PGE2和SIgA含量改变情况。结果 1)正常对照组大鼠胃黏膜IL-2水平在春季[(43.41±6.34)ng/g]呈现出高峰(P<0.05);2)对照组大鼠在长夏季节胃黏膜IL-10[(15.56±2.59)ng/g]、PGE2[(47.23±23.09)ng/g]和SIgA[(3.62±1.50)μg/mg]水平最高,且与夏、冬季相比,均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);3)模型组大鼠摘除松果腺后,胃黏膜IL-2、IL-10的季节性节律消失,胃黏膜PGE2、SIgA含量变化不明显。结论胃黏膜的免疫因子存在季节性节律变化,长夏季节胃黏膜免疫功能较其他季节存在着显著的差异,而且松果腺在这一变化中起了重要的调节作用。
Objective To reveal the physiological features and regulation mechanism of stomach from the perspective of TCM "Corresponding between man and nature",a dynamic perspective view of life.Methods Rats in control group and model group(with the removal of pineal glands)were raised under TCM five seasons(spring,summer,late summer,autumn,winter)and content changes of IL-2,IL-10,PGE2 and SIgA in gastric mucosa were observed.Results 1)IL-2level of rat gastric mucosa in control group showed a peak(43.41±6.34ng/g)in the spring(P〈0.05);2)IL-10,[(15.56±2.59)ng/g]PGE2[(47.23±23.09)ng/g)]and SIgA[(3.62±1.50)μg/mg]in gastric mucosa of the control rats all reached the highest level in late summer,and were statistically significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.01respectively)compared with those in summer and winter;3)After model rats'pineal glands being removed,seasonal rhythms of IL-2and IL-10 in gastric mucosa disappeared,while the content of gastric mucosa PGE2 and SIgA did not change significantly.Conclusion1)Seasonal changes of gastric mucosal immune factors exist;2)There are significant differences in the gastric mucosal immune function in late summer compared to other seasons;3)Pineal gland plays an important regulatory role in these changes.
