摘要
根据自动装箱控制系统的机械结构和工作原理,利用STM32F103系列单片机和伺服电机,设计了控制系统硬件电路原理图,完成了对自动装箱系统码垛机械手的控制,实现了自动装箱系统对小型电器产品包装盒的抓取、运送、装箱的功能,建立三维坐标系,根据包装盒和纸箱的类型查表选择装箱方案,找出自动装箱系统码垛机械手的运动轨迹,完成了自动装箱控制系统的设计任务。
Based on the mechanical structure and working principle of the automatic control system of packing, use STM32F103 Series MCU and servo motors, the control system hardware circuit design schematics, complete system for automatic packing palletizing robot control, automatic packing system for small electrical appliances product packaging crawl, transportation, packing the capabilities to create a three-dimensional coordinate system, select packing scheme according to the type of lookup box and carton identify automatic packing system palletizing robot trajectory, complete automatic control systems design tasks packing.
