本文介绍了码垛机械手的组成和作用,提出了机械手码垛的成套基本方案,垛层排列方案的优选,论述了机械手的控制方法,采用作图法求解机械手的垂直升降运动轨迹和运动轨迹的修正,提高了机械手的运动柔性和抓载能力。
This article introduces the structure and function of Robot Palletizer, relate to the whole basic solution of system, discuss the control method of robot, stack layer is optimize arranged, the track of vertical lift motion is modified with the motion graphics representation, also improve the flexible of the motion and the ahold power.
