摘要
以Na OH浓度、提取时间、提取温度为变量因素,通过正交实验确定黑木耳多糖在碱性条件下提取的最优条件。可见,当Na OH浓度为0.4 mol/L,提取时间为2 h,提取温度为90℃时,多糖的提取率得到了提高且最高提取率达到28.89%。
The optimal condition of extraction of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular under alkaline conditions is obtained through orthogonal experiment, which NaOH concentration, extraction time and extraction temperature are selected as variables. The experiment shows that: the yield of polysaccharide is improved and reached at 28.89% under the condition of NaOH concentration 0.4 mol/L, extraction time 2 h, and extraction temperature 90℃.
