摘要
采用生化的方法提取仙草中的仙草多糖。通过单因素实验和L16(44)正交实验研究了酶的浓度、酶作用的时间、酶作用的温度、以及酶作用的pH对仙草粗多糖提取率的影响,实验的结果表明:纤维素酶能够显著提高仙草多糖的提取率,并且提取时间是最重要影响因素,其次是酶提取的温度和酶的浓度,pH在此实验范围内对测定结果的影响最小,提取的最佳工艺条件为温度55℃、pH5.5、酶浓度0.4%、提取时间4h。
The bio-chemical method is used in the experiment to extract polysaccharide from Mesona Procumbens HemsI(MPH). Single factor tests and orthogonal experiment design methods L16(4^4) were applied to analyze the influence of the factors such as the concentration, time, temperature and pH of the enzyme on the extraction percent of MPHP. The results indicated that the time would significantly affect the extraction percent of MPHP. The optimum temperature is 55℃, pH is 5.5, the concentration of cellulose enzyme is 0.4% and the extracting time is 4h.
