摘要
为解决传统棉籽油分提结晶周期长和生产能耗大的问题,本研究采用了一种新的棉籽油分提工艺。该工艺通过添加高熔点的晶种,采用预结晶工艺并结合棕榈油分提技术以优化传统的棉籽油分提工艺。试验表明:分提液油在0℃冷冻10d时仍澄清透明,且冷冻试验可达24.5h,完全符合一级棉籽油冷冻试验的要求。新工艺优化了现有棉籽油分提工艺,降低了生产成本,对提高棉籽油综合利用效果具有很重要的意义。
New fractionation technolog3r of cottonseed oil was investigated in order to solve problems in traditional fraetion- ation of cottonseed oil, which were hmg clystallization time and large energy consumption. Combined pre-crystallization process hy adding a high mehing point seed with conventional fractionation of process palm oil, tnew technology was improved in this re- search. Tests showed that liquid oil extracted fat was still clear and transparent after being frozen 10d at 0℃, and time of freezing test couht up to 24.5 h, which satisfied requirements of A-level cottonseed freezing tests. Production costs could be reduced by improving processes of existing fraetionation of cottonseed oil, and this technology has a very important significance in improving utilization of cottonseed oil and relieving shortage situation of oil in China.
