摘要
通过对近五年高职新生UPI心理普查结果及心理咨询数据进行统计分析,了解高职女大学生的心理健康状况,发现高职女生心理问题主要表现在强迫倾向、缺乏自信、情绪问题这三个方面,女生整体心理健康状况显著低于男生,应有针对性的加强对女生的心理健康教育,为高职院校心理健康教育工作提供科学依据和建议。
This paper,through statistical analysis of freshmen UPI mental census and psychological counseling data in higher vocational colleges within recent five years, understanding the mental health situation of female students in higher vocational colleges, finds the psychological problems of female students in higher vocational colleges mainly in such three aspects as obsessive tendencies,lack of confidence and emotional problems, and finds that the mental health status of girls is significantly lower than boys. It suggests specifically strengthening the psychological health education for girls and provides scientific basis and suggestions for the work of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
