摘要
了解高职院校学前教育专业新生心理健康状况,发现存在的问题,并在分析原因的基础上提出应对策略,可以为大学生心理健康教育提供参考。本研究对甘肃省L校2021级学前教育专业601名新生进行心理健康调查,以SCL-90症状自评量表作为测评工具。数据分析结果表明:在生源地维度上,城市新生存在明显的对立情结;在是否独生子女维度上,独生子女新生的抑郁情绪要比非独生子女新生严重;在家庭氛围维度上,新生的心理健康状况深受家庭氛围的影响;在专业认同维度上,专业认同度高的新生心理健康水平要优于专业认同度低的新生。为了帮助学前教育专业新生应对上述心理问题,高职院校可以采取以下对策:完善工作机制,提供精准心理咨询服务;加强家校联系,营造家校共育氛围;加大专业宣传力度,增强学生的专业认同感。
To explore the mental health status of freshmen in preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges,discovering existing problems,and proposing coping strategies based on the analysis of the reasons,can provide a reference for the mental health education of college students.This study conducted a mental health survey on 601 freshmen majoring in preschool education at L college in Gansu Province,using the SCL-90 Symptom Self-Rating Scale as an evaluation tool.Data analysis results show that:in the dimension of birthplace,urban freshmen have obvious antagonisms;in the dimension of whether they are only children,the depression of only-child freshmen is more serious than that of non-only-child freshmen;in the dimension of family atmosphere,the mental health of the freshmen Deeply influenced by the family atmosphere;in the dimension of professional identification,the mental health of freshmen with high professional identification is better than that of freshmen with low professional identification.In order to help freshmen majoring in pre-school education cope with the above psychological problems,higher vocational colleges can take the following countermeasures:improve the working mechanism and provide precise psychological counseling services;strengthen the home-school connection and create a home-school co-education atmosphere;increase professional publicity and strengthen students Professional recognition.
