摘要
提出了基于系统级建模和动态仿真的刮板输送机动力学设计方法。根据静力学设计计算进行初步选型,基于多体动力学理论建立输送机的动力学模型并用Matlab进行数值仿真。对比仿真结果与设计目标并行相关调整,以获得具有良好系统动力学特性的设计方案。采用Matlab与Visual C++联合编程技术实现该设计过程的参数化,开发出界面友好的交互式动力学设计软件。利用该软件对SGZ1000/2000型刮板输送机进行满载正常工况的仿真。仿真结果验证了该设计的有效性。
This paper presents a dynamic design method for armored face conveyors (AFC). The AFC is preliminarily designed according to statistic calculation. Then the dynamic model of the designed AFC is established according to multi-body dynamics theory and numerically solved using Matlab. Adjust the design by the comparison between simulation results and design objectives to obtain s design scheme with good system performance. The joint simulation method of Visual C ++ and Matlab is adopted to develop a user-friendly interactive dynamic design software. The simulation for SGZ1000/2000 type AFC on normal working condition is conducted to verify the validity of the design.
