摘要
国内某褐煤提质成型项目工艺系统中使用了变形结构的大倾角刮板输送机,该输送机在试车过程中出现电动机电流过高、刮板基础变形和刮板内部堵塞等故障。通过对该刮板输送机的受力、结构等进行分析,得出了导致故障的原因,并给出了改进方案。通过改进,该刮板输送机的性能大大提高,可以连续稳定运行。改造方案对该类输送设备的设计选用有一定的指导意义。
A large-angle abnormal-structured scraper conveyor was applied in a domestic lignite quality upgrading and molding system. During the trial run, the scraper conveyor behaved such failures as too high motor current, deformation of the scraper foundation and clogging of the scraper inside. After analyzing the force status and the structure of the scraper conveyor, the causes of the failures were identified, and the reconstruction scheme was proposed also. The reconstructed scraper conveyor improved greatly in performance, and operated continuously and stably. The reconstruction scheme had some guidance for design and selection of similar conveying equipments.
